Cancellation Policy Details:

• Cancellation Deadline: To receive a full refund of your camp fees, cancellations must be made by May 1st. We appreciate as much notice as possible to offer the spot to another camper on our waiting list.
• Cancellations After Deadline: If you find you need to cancel after May 1st, we’re unable to provide a refund due to the costs we incur in anticipation of your camper’s attendance. However, we offer the following options to still provide value for your investment:
  • Camp Credit: Receive a camp credit equal to the full amount paid before June 1st, which can be applied to any of our camp sessions in the following summer. This credit will be valid for one year from the original camp start date and is transferable to siblings or friends if you’re unable to use it. After July 1^st, receive a credit for 50% of camp fees paid.
  • Substitution: You may also substitute another camper in place of the one originally registered. Please inform us as soon as possible to facilitate the transfer and ensure all necessary arrangements are made.

Other Considerations:

• Medical Cancellations: If the cancellation is due to medical reasons, we will work with you to provide a pro-rated camp credit or refund with the submission of a doctor’s note.
• Unexpected Events: For cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as family emergencies, please contact us directly to discuss options. We aim to be fair and understanding in such situations.
• Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers camp fees in the event of unexpected cancellations. This can offer an additional layer of financial protection.
